From the sketch: Clara at the piano book

Often I want to rework a sketch thinking the marks missed or don't look right, especially this sketch of Clara.  But sometimes a drawing is more honest  when the lines are left where you can see the artist struggle with the form. Rarely do you get the right shape on the first try.
